First let me say thanks to you and the others who maintain and support this site - it's a real gem.
Secondly, about the issue I was having, I've resolved it.
Things done included -
- reapplying the Mobile User Template through the Change User Permissions Wizard in Manage Users to all relevant users
- majical reboot
To answer your question, yep I used the wizards. GOLDEN RULE.... Always use the wizards! Coming from an Enterprise environment I found this out the hard way when first dealing with SBS.
