Great forum - already helped me with a RWW issue (shutting of Remote Management to get external RWW to work). Now I have a basic question concerning VPN.
I have SBS2003R2 running, with the VPN enabled. Using this, I can remotely connect from Windows machines with the Create New Connection/VPN. Once in, I have full access to my shares and exchange, etc. Now, I have added a pair of Netgear FVS114 VPN Broadband Routers, and have attempted to set up a hardware to hardware VPN between the office and my home. I have so far been able to get the status of the VPN tunnel to connected (at least the Connect command turned to Drop), but I am unable to access the date on the server using this VPN. I do have the Server side router VPN port forwarded to the SBS2003 server for the former connectivitiy option, but does this somehow screw up the hardware VPN link? I used to have two Linksys routers connected with VPN at the same locations until one blew up.

Thanks

Hi Richard,

Please, post an ipconfig /all from the server and a workstation and the ipconfig from a remote workstation. Open a command prompt by opening Start -> Run from the Start Menu and type cmd. From the command prompt type ipconfig /all >ip.txt. Attach this file to your answer.
