I have a select number of users who use Outlook Web Access externally. I would like to track and log their usage of OWA. Is there any way that I can do this?

The only way I know how is to use monitoring in ISA 2k4...

If you have a look at %SYSTEMROOT%\System32\Logfiles you should see some folders starting with W3SVC#####.
There will be log files there which you can open with notepad. They generally give you too much information about who logged in from where.

ie.
