I have a problem with my SBS2000 machine.  Sometimes I receive an email which will not display via OWA - either on a PC or a Mac - in any browser I try.  I get a "this page cannot be found" error.  When I log onto my Mac with Entourage, the same message will not even appear in my inbox.  When I open Outlook on my PC, I can view it with no problems.

 

Generally the messages are HTML but not from any one source in particular.  Indeed - I received 3 emails in a row from the same Yahoo webmail account this morning and the middle one couldn't be displayed in IE/Safari and didn't arrive in my Entorage inbox.  In Outlook 2003 on the PC it opens fine and is just a text based, HTML-formatted message - no images, etc.  The other two messages from the same person were similar in content but could both be opened in OWA & Entourage.

 

Any ideas?

Hey Ian.

 

If the message won't open in OWA, it'll never open in Entourage. There are a couple of hotfixes related to OWA that address the inability to display certain types of message formatting. But if you'll troubleshoot the OWA issue, when you resolve that problem, the Entourage issue will get resolved as well.
