  1. Choose the forum that fits the subject of your question. If your question relates to Small Business Server 2003 click on the link as shown in figure 1.

  2. Once you are in the forum of your choice click 'Add New Topic' and shown in figure 2.

  3. Fill in the subject, choose a message icon (optional) and start typing your message in the 'body' box as shown in figure 3.

  4. You can attach a file to you posting if you wish. That can be a log file that can be examined by other users. The file must be either zip or txt. Other file extensions are not allowed. If you want to receive a notification if someone replies to your message make sure you check 'Check this if you would like to be notified when someone replies'. Finally hit 'Submit' to send your message to the server as shown in figure 4. If you don't see the 'Announce' checkbox don't worry, that is for forum moderators only.
