If you are a subscriber on this site you should have received an email (Subject: Your subscription at smallbizserver.net) on December 08, 2006 explaining that your subscription automatically renews upon the end of the billing period and if you don't want that you should cancel the subscription in Paypal.

You may wonder why I have send that email (Subject: Your subscription at smallbizserver.net) on December 08, 2006? Some customers do not understand the fact that a subscription on Smallbizserver.Net will automatically renew and debit their Paypal account or credit card. This is causing problems with customers (who do not want to renew) complaining about this at Paypal and the credit card company though I inform the customer about the ‘auto recurring’ nature of the current subscription model.

Changes in the way subscriptions are handled on Smallbizserver.Net.
We will stop using Paypal auto recurring subscriptions and switch to a new system. This means that I will mass cancel all subscriptions at Paypal. You will receive an email from Paypal informing you that your subscription has been canceled. This does not mean that your account will be canceled on this site. It only means that your Paypal account will no longer be automatically debited for the costs of a subscription upon expiration. You will have access to all content until the expiration date of your current Membership.

The new subscriber system and what changes for you.
As I wrote before the Paypal 'auto recurring subscriptions' caused problems and this will be disabled. Instead we will send you an email 7 days before your Membership expires and you may decide to renew or extend your Membership. We have implemented new software that will allow you to view, extend and renew your current Membership at http://www.smallbizserver.net/tabid/263/Default.aspx.

If you have questions about these changes or you have questions about the Membership please post them in:
