If you experience a time out while trying to order or if Paypal asks you to re-enter your information and doesn't give you the option to continue further, you may have a cookie, browser, or cache issue. Please follow the steps outlined below:
- The connection with your Internet service may be weak. Log out of your Internet service, reboot your computer, and log back online.
- Try cleaning your temporary and cache files to free up space, which also speeds your computer up and prevents dropped lines from secure pages.
- Check to make sure your Internet connection is set up to accept "cookies." Cookies help our secure shopping cart process your order.
- Internet Explorer users will need to go online and open up the Internet Explorer browser. Then on the top, left side of the screen, click on "Tools" then "Internet Options" then "Privacy" and then "Sites." Once in the "sites" screen, type in www.paypal.com, click on "allow" and then click on "OK" and close your screen.
- Netscape users will need to go online and open up the Netscape browser. Then click on "Edit" then "Preferences" then "Privacy" (or advanced or security) then "Cookies" then "Accept or enable cookies" and click on "OK."
- Mozilla users will need to go online and open up the Mozilla browser. Then click on "Edit" then "Preferences" then "Privacy" (or security) then "Popup Windows" then "Allow Sites." Once in the sites area, type in www.paypal.com and click "OK."
Once you've made the changes, restart your computer so the changes take effect. Secure web pages synchronize time with your computer. Check to make sure the date and time on your computer are correct by clicking on "start" in the lower left-hand corner of your computer screen. Then clicking on "settings." Click on "control panel" and double click on "date/time." Correct if necessary.
You should be able to order without any problems
