This is confirmation that you have requested that Marina Roos and/or Eriq Neale provide support to you which may include allowing Marina Roos and/or Eriq Neale to access your system via remote dial-in to analyze problems that you may be experiencing and to assist you with problem diagnosis and/or resolution. Any remote access will be done with your permission only, and Marina Roos and/or Eriq Neale will access only those systems authorized by you. If you do not agree to the terms of this letter, however, you are not authorized to receive dial-in support remotely.
In order for us to provide you with remote dial-in assistance, you must provide us with your Administrator password. We recommend that you do this verbally with you Marina Roos and/or Eriq Neale as opposed to e-mailing us this information. By providing us with your Administrator password you are thereby giving us consent to access your system via remote dial-in in order to assist you with problem diagnosis and/or resolution. You are under no obligation to provide us with your Administrator password if you do not wish for us to have remote dial-in capabilities.
Additionally, in order for Marina Roos and/or Eriq Neale to effectively solve your problem, some machine configuration data may be collected. No personal data will be automatically collected. You are urged to delete any material or information that you feel is confidential. You explicitly authorize Marina Roos and/or Eriq Neale to access and utilize that information for the purpose of assisting you with problem diagnosis and/or resolution.
You may terminate our session accessing your systems at any time using the Terminal Services Manager program, by proceeding as follows:

Start\Programs\Administrative Tools\Terminal Services Manager

Highlight the Terminal Server in the left pane, the list of users and sessions will appear in the right pane.

Right click the user or session you wish to disconnect and choose Disconnect.
Without prejudice to any other rights, we may terminate this letter if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS, CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND REMOTE DIAL-IN ASSISTANCE IS ASSUMED BY YOU. Marina Roos and/or Eriq Neale DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND WARRANTIES OF TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE EQUIPMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT SHALL Marina Roos and/or Eriq Neale BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE, ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY REMOTE DIAL-IN ASSISTANCE, EVEN IF Marina Roos and/or Eriq Neale HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The owner (Concentrix b.v.) of this site rejects all reponsibility concerning Remote Support by Marina Roos or Eriq Neale. If you have any dispute this will be between you and Marina Roos and/or Eriq Neale.
Immediately upon completion of the support we provide you we urge you to change your Administrator password as an extra precaution.
