To test if I can send large e-mail, I sent 20MB e-mail to myself.
And the e-mail was returned to me with following error message.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

I changed the e-mail size to send and receive in the server.
I opened Server Management => Users => double clicked the user (In this case, I chose myself for test) => Exchange General Tab =>Delivery Restrictions => Changed sending message size & receiving message size from default to 50MB. I don't know why 20MB e-mail is not going through. Is there any other setting I have to change?

Hi Patrick,

Default message size is 10 Mb and if you want to change that globally, you will have to do that on the properties of the Exchange server in ESM, tab limits. If you only want to change the limit for 1 user, you go to the properties of the user, one of those Exchange tabs, limits, and make sure you uncheck the 'use default limits'. You might need to restart the Exchange Information Store maybe.
