Hi

I am trying to add an additonal email domain to our existing email domain unfortunately I seem to have run into a problem. I added the domain using the Default Recipient Policy and then "udated now" using the Recipient Update Services however, no additional email addresss appear in the user properties email addresses. What am I doing wrong?

I can add the email addresses manually but this takes time with 50 odd users, any ideas?

Marco

Run the CEIW with the new mail domain and see if that fixes it.

Regards.

Try right clicking on the Recipients Policy, select "Apply this policy", and with luck, this should solve your problem.

Also make sure that the "Automatically update email addresses based on recipient policy" is checked under the User Properties, under email addresses tab.

Good Luck.

Had thought of doing that but was concerned I would lose the original email domain name. It turns out that a restart (which i hate doing) added all the addresses. Thanks for your help.

Had tried 'Apply this Policy' and 'Automatically update email addresses based on recipient policy' already but to no effect. As it turns out a restart was what it needed. How annoying. thanks anyway
