[Running SBS 2003 for a small non-profit, with a big learning curve ahead of me.]

I would like to set up Resources on the Exchange server for such items as our Meeting Room, Conference Room, etc.  I found Article ID 291616 dated 10 Dec 2004, revision 3, on Technet, "How to direct book a resource in Outlook 2002 or in Outlook 2003".  The first part about defining a resource seems easy enough to do, but I'm sure there's some steps in the process I should be aware of.  Has anyone done this, or know of a tutorial somewhere with (hopefully) screen-captures of the various screens that can walk me through it?  Also, any lessons-learned?

TIA,

Hi Mike,

With which part do you have a problem? There is really nothing too it.

Marina Roos Smallbizserver.Net AdministratorMission accomplished. We have joined the branch office to our SBS 2003 Headquarters and have the same user experience on the branch office as we have on our local  network at the Headquarters. Want to know how? Well, I've never seen Exchange from the admin side and have no training in it.  I think the Help file may be able to get me through the process, but I find it valuable to talk it over with people on newsgroups first before I start something new (for me).
