I have setup a pulic calendar and 3 instances of public tasks, I would like to send any of those tasks to the public calender and the public calender should auto accept these tasks, Is this possible?
So I would have different tasks folders (one per team) and compound them into the public calender for all to see if there is any freetime or busy time to they would not require a resource when there is no free time!

Thanks
