Dear all,

I have sbs2003 with 5 users. I have configured their login and name and the email for users as username@mycompany.local. Now my company have their own registered domain name with public ip. I need to change the users email id to have .com address instead of .local

Do I need to manually rename the current email id which is showing under their account/exchange profile as user1@mycomany.local to user1@mycompnay.com.

If renaming then I can manage that, but for larger environment - is this the only step to do this or any other method.

Pls advise and thank you for your valuable time.

Regards

Anver

Just run the CEIW and put in the registered domain. This will update the default recipient policy in Exchange 2003.

Regards
