Hello, I have several Exchange Public Folder calendars, for our various reps.  This was the easiest way to get our old NT4.0 Exchange 5.5 calendars into SBS2003, or at least the only way I knew.  This works fine, but to access these calendars on the Outlook 2003 client, I had to create a shortcut to the Public Folder that the user clicks on to view and edit their calendar.  You cannot customize these calendars i.e. insert US Holidays like you can with the default user calendar.

What I would like to do is have the user's Public Folder calendar become their default calendar when they open Outlook, so they don't have to click for it, and eliminate the possiblilty of entries into the wrong calendar.  I would also like to import US Holidays.  In this shot, you can see the Company Calendar, BebeCal, BobSched Carl1, but there are a few more.

Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Tony
