Recently when viewing email through OWA, the email message in the Reading Pan will not be displayed until it is selected a second time.  Additionally, when viewing messages in any created folders, the browser will forget that the client had selected to view messages via the reading pane.  It must be seletected again, and then the message itself must be selected before it is displayed.

This behavior manifested when the business owner was trying to import the XBOX theme for OWA.  I'm not sure what was changed when he was attempting to integrate this theme, I assume something in the registry was modified.

Any help in correcting this would be greatly appreciated.

Phillip
