hi..
 
1)when trying to open owa outside network dialog box doesnt appear..to save it or to open it..
 
2)when trying to open a pdf attachemnt nothing appears on screen but at the bottom of the ie it says its done..
 
these scenario haapens when trying to open an email with attachement outside the internal network..
 
what could be the problem
