We are going to start using Exchange Server to host our own e-mail and I received an e-mail from our current ISP informing us that they will update the MX record and drop the TTL's on our MX record. Can someone tell me what TTL means in this reference?

Thanks,
Mike

TTL = Time to live
This is the Time To Live for the record. Any Server which queries this record will cache the result and update this record after this time interval.

Cheers
Steve
