Hi,  I have a customer who has SBS2003 - all SP'ed up to date.
 
problem is that all clients use excahnge in cacdhe mode (as per usual) and thus use a copy of the GAL in the Offline Address Book - but when I've added users they aren't appearing in the OAB.
 
I'm getting an event 9031 with and error code of 'c0072030' in the event log when I try to rebuild the Offline Address Book and I've drawn a blank so far on trying to find a solution. THere's a MS article on why it happens and the work around - which is all logical and understandable, except the scenario they describe hasn't happened on this installation (it refers to and address book that is in the OAB being deleted before being removed from the OAB).
 
I've run ADSIEDIT and check what the MS article refers to, and there are no unused entries in there. I've deleted and recreated the defaukt OAB and that didn't work.
 
Any ideas?
