Hi all,
 
Have added domain to recipient policies within exchange yet as advised from last error message now user is getting a new error message when email is being returned undeliverable.
"The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to.  Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address."
 
Any ideas guys?
