Hi there,

I've been looking at the earlier topics about creating a resource for conference rooms or cars or ...

I've set it up and tested it via the Direct Booking method. Works perfect. Btw: I did not try the Auto Accept Agency tool for Exchange.

One question is left / unclear: when creating the resource you should be able to open the mailbox for setting some rights. As far as I can see now (and that's maybe my limited scope) I need to create an least an USER (and not a contact) to get connected to the mailbox. So every resource consumes one license of the SBS03 licenses (if you are using User-Cal's).

Is there someone who can shine some light on this?

And in the case it's right: is it possible to change from user-cal to workstation-cal??

thanx on beforehand,
Jacques.
