Hi,

I have a problem which I am not sure is by design or not.

When I update the 'File As' field on a contact in Outlook 2003, the same contact when viewed in the Address book still holds onto the old 'File As' format.  Any changes I make to the content of the contact do change.

The PC is running Outlook 2003 SP3 and the server is Exchange 2003 with SP2.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks,
Joe

Hi Marina,

I believe we did.  Think it turned out to be a case of fixing the customers expectation of Outlook rather than a problem with Outlook itself.

Thanks,
Joe

Hi Joe,

Believe it or not, but I thought I read: "...turned out to be a case of fixing the bug with the customers". You think I maybe have seen too many users that think the program is having a bug, while in fact the user themselves are the bug? ;-)
