Hi,

A user who already had an account which was in use on his desktop machine is now in receipt of a shiny laptop. I've run the connectcomputer and started outlook 2007. All his mail seemed to move over fine. However, he doesn't have any access to either Public Folders or if he goes to send a new email his contacts are restricted to the basic outlook ones and he can't see the distribution lists on the server.

Any ideas and rectifications on what i've done wrong would be really appreciated.

Regards

Barry
