Hi All,
Running SBS Premium with a single NIC and have one user who frequently gets the following error when sending to one outside domain.  Sometimes it works and sometimes she gets this message.  Its my understanding that this problem started recently and no changes have been made on our end.

Any suggestions where i should start to look?  I have a feeling that its a problem with the outside domain but can't be certain.

 Thanks,
Td

Hi Robert,
I don't know if they implemented anything new but i will answer your questions
1. Reverse DNS. Yes
2. SPF key. No
3. Sending via DNS. Yes
4. Smarthost. No

My user says it happens 1 in 10 emails to this company, and only this company.

Thanks,
Td

1 in 10 is odd indeed.

have you contacted their IT support to see if you can work together on this? that would be my next step.
