1.) Has anyone been able to replicate an SBS Exchange 2003 box to a seperate Win2k3 Standard box with Exchange 2003?   What are the best, cost effective products that do the job well?

2.) On a seperate note, is there anyway to setup a user to have seperate exchange account that is not actually used?

So for instance, user A.) has their outlook profile set to connect to server A.
Server A  goes down, but Server B is a fully function exchange box joined to the same domain.  Would you have to detach the user from the mailbox on Server A first?  Is there any way around that?

I think the kind of solution your looking for is something like Doubletake ... As for the second question, you would have to manually re attach the new mailbox.
