SBS 2003 with Exch SP2.

I'm trying to publish Outlook forms from my client machine to the Organizational Forms library.  All the tutorials say my client account needs write or owner permissions on the Eforms Registry folder in Exchange System Manager.  However, I can't access the properties for this folder in  ESM to set the permissions.  I right click on the folder and 'properties' simply isn't an option. Similarly, the properties are unavailable on the Events Root, Offline Address Book, and Schedule Free Busy folders too.  I can access the properties on the remaining system folders.

Could this be something to do with the fact that this server underwent a swing migration from 2k to 2003?

Thanks,

J
