Hey Everybody,

I am new to this forum (just found it) but I still hope you can help me.

I have a client who can't send certain emails and she gets an error code that says...

Error Status: 4.4.7 Email Delayed...

The emails that are supposedly delayed never arrive. I know, I am one of the non-recipients.

The problem started when I bounced the server to fix another issue. Immediately I stopped receiving the Server Performance Reports. I thought there was an issue with the reporting and that was the avenue that I pursued.

Well, the reboot was on Friday the 4th and she didn't notice a problem with the email until I didn't email her back on Tuesday the 8th because she is still able to email most of her contacts. Since then she has found 2 other people that she can't email. I have checked many places for possible solutions but it doesn't fit anything that I've read because its happening on at least 2 servers and there is a valid MX record. Also it seems to have been caused by a reboot.

The messages that aren't going through appear in the queue. The queues that are not going through are in the state of "retry". What can I do from here?

Thanks in advance!
Tim

are you sure the server rebooted successfully?
