Hi

I have a problem with a mobile device (HP iPAQ HX2790C) that is running MS Mobil 5

When I try to us Active Sync with I get an error “0x80072F0D”

The device is synchronising through MS Windows Small Business Server (Exchange 2003)

I know the certificate from the Small Business Server is fine as I have workstations and laptops that connect and use the certificate with out issue.

Can anybody help?

PS: I tried to resolve this issue with HP and they told me “HP is not supporting syncing with Exchange Server”

Regards

Barry

When you go https://yourFQDN/exchange do you get a certificate error?

Hi

Managed to sort the issue with MS KB 915840, great.
Then had another issue with error # 85010004, found I had not run the ICW for "Outlook Mobil Access", done that and all was fine.
However, I can't synchronise "Tasks", they are not available to choose from the Exchange Server when synchronising.

I did search for help, found one article that advised installing SP 2 for Exchange Server 2003, did that no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Barry
