Got a call from a user saying email was giving them problems.
Looking at the logs, we noticed during the night a log entry that 92 meg was available in the first storage group\public folder store.
About 30 minutes later another message than now only 9 meg was available.
I do know that the complaining user did mentione the fact of emails with large attachments.
Questions:
how do I free up space in this folder?
how do I ensure the cleanup of items occurs properly?
how can I delete items inside a users mailbox to get things going again?
