I have a client who I am migrating this weekend.  He just brought this to my attention.  They are a small non-profit with multiple domains.  I am setting up exchange for them.  Here is the problem.  They have multiple info@domain.com address and recieved mail needs to be replied to by the same address it was received by.  To make it even more complicated, different users reply to it depending on the domain.  Just to clarify, I will outline it below.

They have 6 info email accounts

User 1 receives and responds to domain 1, 2, 3.  That user must respond as info@domain#.com
User 2 receives the email from those accounts (forwarding) but doesn't respond.
User 3 receives and responds to domain 3, 4, 5.  That user must respond as info@domain#.com

I created an INFO user in the AD with all the addresses but I have no idea how I can coordinate all of this.  The company previously used a pop3 account from a local provider and they logged into each account and respond to those from each account.  I do not want to use any 3rd Party Apps.  Any suggestions on how to best handle this.  I realize that they will need to change the way they do things, just looking for suggestions.  Thanks!

Stan,

Please find the attached batch file. Run it you will get the option 'Copy title and URL to clipboard' if you right click in a window in IE. You can then paste the contents in a posting. Very handy :-)
