I am having a nightmare issue with emails that go missing. Previously I thought it might be the antivirus on the exchange server - but that doesn't seem to be the problem.
Ask me anything. I've probably tried it.

I am at the stage now where I want to remove the exchange user acct and recreate it. Is there a way of doing this without removing his main domain user account?

Thanks
Ed

In the users properties you can remove the Exchange mailbox after having exported it to a pst file on the workstation. With similar steps you can create an empty mailbox.

Hi Ed,

Open the Advanced Management, ADUC, MyBusiness, Users, SBS Users and right click the user from which you want to remove the Exchange attribtutes or the mailbox. Choose Exchange Tasks.
