Alright,  I have a strange issue that I am currently facing in our production environment

I recieve no errors when I sync my phone to Exchange 2003 running on SBS 2003 R2, however I cannot see any calendar events on my phone when the sync is complete.
Email works just fine and as I said there are no errors logged in active sync.

Now if I change my configuration to sync through outlook attached to my notebook then the calendar events show up just fine.
When changing back to use Exchange it removes all calendar events and if I watch the progress indicator I watch as it finds the calendar events and it appears to load them.  But again when the sync is complete my email is there, my tasks are there, my contacts are there, my calendar events are NOT there, and there are no errors reported that I can see.

Does anyone have any thoughts or possible causes for this behavior? This has been happening now for almost 2 weeks and I have found no leads.
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Also, a note,  when this started it affected every user the same.  We have 13 mailboxes on Exchange and 10 are using smartphones with Windows Mobile 5 or 6 and all are using Active Sync configured to sync directly to Exchange.  Prior to this everyone was syncing just fine for going on a year now.

My environment:
   SBS Server 2003 R2
   Exchange Server 2003 w/SP2
   4GB RAM

Thanks for any help you can provide

Hi Chris,

Can you check on the mobile that it has the calendar checked for syncing?
