Hi there
 
I am going crazy... i just cant find the problem... for some reason we are unable to receive some emails.. i can recieve emails from other exchange servers, hotmail... but cant receive from yahoo or my isp mail accounts... its really odd...
 
the person sending the email gets bounces like this
399 TCP Read failed (Err Code Zero) 540 sec

The reason for the problem:

4.4.0 - Other network problem '[Errno 60] Operation timed out'

 

The reason for the problem:

4.4.2 - Bad connection 'TimeoutError'

 
so we are getting all different type of errors.... i checked whats happening and we receive the connection then it stops....
everything seems to be right... i can telnet to the server....
 
i just have no idea...

yes i did.... the issue was our brand new cisco router wasn't configured correctly to our ISP bigpond.. and they use a different config...
