I have a user that is trying to send an e-mail to xxxxxxxxx@sbcglobal.net and it won't go through.  The person that he is trying to send it to sent him an e-mail (he received it fine) and the user just replied to it and it still won't work.

The NDR says "The message cannot be delivered due to a configuration error on the server.  Please contact your Administrator.  xxxxxxxx@sbcglobal.net... Addressee unknown, relay=[our external IP address]>

I also have a e-mail account at sbcglobal.net and I can send e-mails to it and receive e-mails just fine with my account.  Is this a problem on our end?  Any idea what setting would cause this?  Why would it work for my account and not his?

Sounds like an ISP issue.

Yeah, after doing some checking I concluded that also.  Or the user just doesn't have it setup righ, or blocking e-mails.  Thanks for the response.
