HI Guys,
I am new here just joined this site to get support online for my Exchange 2003 Server and any other related IT Problems.

Two days ago a client call me and said they try to send message and they got this error.
You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator
LIBEXCHANGE.corp.comium.com.lr #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Recipient not authorized, your IP has been found on a block list.
 
Can any one help me solving this problem?

looks like they are sending from a blacklisted IP - this is their issue to fix, not yours.

Acutally it's a lot of users form my network. And I was just give the the tasks to manage the Exchage Server 2003 after intergrating from 2000 to 2003. Right now now most users can not send message out including me.
What could possible be the problem

Is it possible that your server is on a blacklist? You can check the domain name with www.dnsstuff.com.
