Hello,
We use in our company a global 'info@' mailbox. We gave this mailbox 'receive as' and 'send as' permissions to 2 users, following the instructions in the document 'How to add a mailbox and give other users permission to send as'. That was working well all the time, but since last week the users are not able to send mail with this info@ address as sender.
When they do that, they receive a system error in their own mailbox with the following message:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.

I have tried to remove the users from the mailbox rights and security right and add them again, but still the same problem.
Any ideas?
Eric
