What am I doing wrong? When using OWA, Global Address List nor Contacts is populated when trying to send an email connected in this manner.

What you are seeing is normal behavior for OWA. There is no GAL in OWA. You have to enter part of a persons name and then clisk on "Find". That is just what it does.

Just for your information if you enter a space then select find t will display the list of contacts in the GAL.

Not sure what happened to prior post but part of it was missing on the post.
 
What I actually said was if you enter a  space then select find it will display the contacts in the GAL.
