M&M's have been my lifesavers for almost a year now. Prompt, reliable and knowledgeable and what a value! Yet, most of their work was to fix existing problems, not to prevent future problems. I support this subscription model so that we can learn from their experiences to do installs, etc. the right way - before I mess up the system. This new service also alerts me of SBS-specific information that is really useful. Keep up the good work and let's see more articles on "how-to".
