It's hard to believe that it's been almost a year since I bought my first Platinum subscription!  I can't even fathom what my life would be like without the information available here...

 

Even your step-by-step documents on installing SBS have been great.  I was already familiar with most of the content in those documents, but they allow me to make sure that all of my SBS 2003 installations are the same.  I follow those documents page-by-page EVERY time I install a new server.

 

Of course your site is so much more than that...  I also appreciate my ability to post a message on your forum and have a response back very quickly.  Also, there are a number of documents that explain in just the right amount of detail how to work with technologies I had never played with before, like SQL and ISA server, etc.

 

Life without Smallbizserver.net?  No thanks!
