Hi,

We installed ISA 2004 SP2 on a separate machine. We also have an SBS with CRM 3 installed. Everything is set up and works perfectly.

We tried publishing CRM 3.0 by publishing the server on the default port 5555. This is working for the web client, but it has some issues on our outlook client.

In outlook the parent nodes seem to work, but when we open an item, like a contact (it pops up in a separate window) we get our website (which is hosted on a separate web on port 80)... There is no link (as far as i know) between the company website and crm. To make things clear, CRM IS hosted on a separate web than the default web and it's the only service hosted by this web.

It would be nice if we got the outlook client to work.

Thomas,

It's on my agenda to install CRM. So I've been doing a lot of reading on the subject. I hear that having .net 2.0 can cause the problems you mention for the Outlook Client. Might be worth a look. If you have it, uninstall it.
