Well it's working. It appears that the site doesn't like IE 7 or there is a problem between ISA and IE 7. I haven't changed anything in ISA but started thinking about differences between the server config and workstation config. I have IE 6 on the server and IE 7 on all but one workstation. I tried the ftp from the workstation with IE 6 and it works fine. Thanks for the help.
