I have sepnd most of the morning trying to get ICHAt to workk thru ISA2004.  I have established a compter set for the MAC, but I cannot get it to work.  I found srveral artivcles but none state exactly the rules that one needs to establish in ISA 2004.  It worked in ISA 2000, but when I upgarded it stopped working. Ideally, I need an XML file I can import.  I found one at:
www.arkane-systems.net/ products/free/protocols/index.aspx

But the site is no longer up.

Please help

Thanks

Can you have a look in live logging in ISA? That should tell you what gets blocked.

The monitor shows port 5060 is denied by the sbs internet access rule.  So how do I build a protocal and rule to open that port up.  Remenber I cannot use the isa firewall client, since this is a MAC; so I guess that means NAT.  This link from apple shows the ports but I do not have a clue how I would build a set of protocols/rules to implemnet this congiuration.

Thanks for any help.
