I have added the rule for 'Authenticated Users' only, in Firewall Policy, so that the user's name and not just the workstation IP address shows on the Top Ten Web Users page of the report.

 

This almost works well, but there are still one or two users whose IP address shows and not their Authenticated User Name.

 

Their Group Policy settings are correct, in that they must be a member of Domain Users Group. In fact, one of the users whose name IS displayed in the report is a memeber of Domain Users and only Domain Users, while one of the others is a member of several User Groups yet only the IP address is displayed.

Does anyone know what's going on here??
