Posted this in the comments of the article, but no responses, so I thought i'd try here -

Great Article! One question, does the new rule need to be moved to the bottom of the firewall rules, just before deny, or can it stay at the top of the rules list?

I ask because I'm a newbie to ISA (&SBS!), & made a rule a while back similar to this that ended up blocking access to outbound traffic. I had the rule at the top of the list, but then I removed the rule for fear of screwing things up too bad....

Another question - can *.smallbizserver.net or *.smallbizserver.net/* qualify as blocked domains or will just adding www.smallbizserver.net block access to all files at this URL?
