Hey all,

I have a SBS 2003 SP1 customer that uses the Microsoft VPN client to connect to two different VPN connections form one of the workstations.  Both were working fine until the installation on ISA 2004.  After install only one works and the other gives error 619.  Given that the other one still works I believe the I have ISA passing the VPN protocols just fine.  Could there be some incompatibility between ISA and the equipment at the connection that now gives the 619 error?

Thanks for any help,

James Newman

Hi James,

Are you still having this issue?

Marina,

Thank you for replying.  I am still having the issue and it has forced me to not deploy ISA 2004 at this location.
Have I given enough information so as to make an educated guess as to the problem?

Thanks,

James Newman

Hi James,

Please, post an ipconfig /all from the server and a workstation. Open a command prompt by opening Start -> Run from the Start Menu and type cmd. From the command prompt type ipconfig /all >ip.txt. Attach this file to your answer. Is the workstation behind the SBS with ISA network trying to vpn into another network? Can you then also post the ipconfig/all when vpn-ed in?
