Things were working fine until recently. Before that I had some trouble with some but not all of the client pcs being able to access but I think was a lack of CALs.

Now none of the client pcs can access the server at all.
The firewall client just has the red X.

Everything was ok last night but then a reboot of the clients caused them to be unable to access the Server.
I installed SP3 but that didn't help.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Hi Jonathan,

Did you install the so called Ripcurl on the SBS? Did you also install the Vista Firewall Client on the Vista's?
The Official SBS Blog : SBS Vista Client Update (Ripcurl) Now Available:

Thank you very much. I do have the Firewall clients installed but they are probably out of date as they from a couple or three weeks ago.

I will go through all of this, probably on Friday when everyone has gone home for the weekend and let you know how it went.

I tried again on Friday and it all worked fine.

The problem stemmed from a previously aborted installation changing the ip address of the server.

Cheers.
