Bit of a strange one...

I have a user that accesses a webmail account that is running on Horde mail.

After he logs in the URL that gets returned has a %20 in it instead of a space and adds some extra text to the website address. If I remove this and refresh it hits the next login page sucessfully but puts the same extra stuff in the address of the logged in page so it doesn't display.

Anyone seen this before?

well the %20, is a standard thing, any link that as a character space in it, is invalid as it is not a complete string, so IE and other browsers use %20 to define a character space.

that shouldnt stop it working, and i would suggest somthing else is sotpping it working correctly.

does it work through any other pc, or from an external pc.

it may be you have tweaked the ISA settings to not allow certain characters in URLs, or bit lenghts (maybe the url is too long) and this is what is causing the probelm.

The user left the company so now I don't have to worry about it :)
