I created a new Access Rule to allow some communications through ISA, but it doesn't seem to be working.

Here's what I need:

Ports that need to be open according to vendor:

TCP 2748 (inbound / outbound)
TCP 5069 (inbound / outbound)
UDP 5068 (inbound / outbound)
UDP 5067 (inbound / outbound)

What I did was create a new protocol and labeled it Triton/Galileo Printers.  A little background...we had just installed a second reservation system, our primary is Amadeus and now we have installed a secondary reservation system, sometimes called a GDS or CRS.  We had to create a protocol to allow data to go out through ISA to the Amadeus mainframe to issue tickets and invoices for air, cars, hotel, and rail tickets.  The data is then sent back to our server where the printer software is loaded, and then the ticket, if it's a paper ticket, is printed and an invoice is printed.  We need to do the same for the new Galileo ticket printer.

After creating the Triton/Galileo Printers protocol, I created an Access Rule that used the protocols created using the ports that needed to be open from the vendor.  I had TCP 2748 outbound, TCP 5069 outbound, UDP 5067 to 5068 send receive.

I also created a URL Set and added that into the Access Rule.

I tried logging into the Galileo printer software, but it's not connecting.  I think I may have set this up wrong, but am not sure.

Can someone tell me if I did set something up wrong and what I need to do to set it right?

Thanks!

Never mind my request to double check the Access Rule I created.  I just went through the complete setup that the install tech did here, and he typed the url wrong. As soon as I corrected the url, the reservation system printer software connected right away.
