I'm blocking certain sites during working hours. Instead of the default Network Error Message Screen and "502 Proxy Error, The ISA Server denied the sepcified URL." is it possible to have a customised screen or message?  I'm sure I used to do this in ISA 2000 but I can't find out how to do in 2004.  Most of my users will just think it's a network error.  I'd much rather reinforce the point with a specific message that reminds them of our acceptable IT usage policy and invite them to visit the website at lunch time instead.

Thanks.

sure, in your blocking rule, under "'Access" there is a check box that enables you to input a url to a webpage of your choice. You just make up an html message page and store it on your server somehwere and list that in the box.
