We use ISA 2004 on 20 plus sites. I pull ISA usage reports every month for my SLA clients.
On a few sites the internet usage doesn't come close to the full interent usage provided by their ISP.
All site have SBS2003 with 2 NIC's. one LAN and one of the internet.
What do I have to change to create a true report of all internet activity for the month, that will match the ISP reports? No i don't have an all and all rule in ISA 2004 turned on.
Also in ISA 2004 the usage reports seems to monitor ALL network activity, including internal traffic. ISA 2000 didn't do that. Can i change ISA 2004 so i can report on only traffice to the internet?

Hi Drew,

The native ISA reports won't do it. You will have to look for additional tools and I would suggest you check www.isaserver.org.
