Hi everyone
I currently have a SBS 2003 with ISA 2004 running.  Everything is running fine except my clients have a requirement to upload documents of about 10 MB to a document colaberation system.  The problem that i am having is that typically when they upload anything over 6 MB they time out before it will finish.  I did some testing with the owner of the server that we are uploading to but according to the admin no one else from any other companies are having the same issues and in his logs it is showing that my connections are causing the disconnects.  Does ISA have a setting to cause a disconnect after so much time or a setting of a maximum upload file.  The files are not that large so I can not see it being the later of the two.  Any help would be appreciated.

It appears to be 2 minutes.  I did go into ISA management Server management tree and clicked on networks and then selectedmy internal network, then went to the properties of that network and chose the web proxy tab.  I changed the connection timeout to 600 seconds under the advanded settings but it did not help.  i am pretty new to ISA so I did not know if I needed to do anything else.

you might try bypassing the proxy for connections to this web server.

What is the best way to do that?  Just turn off the proxy settings on the client machines?

you can either do it through,

ie tools, connections, lan settings, advanced - add to list of bypass proxy for these addresses, or i think you can add it to the web browser settings in isa.

in the properties of the internal network, go to the web browser tab, and you can click add - to directly access certain web sites - not sure if this will solve the problem, but its worth a go.
